In another table you can also see that Latvians are slightly closer to Lithuanians than to Estonians which is consistent with geography (Latvia shares almost twice longer border with Lithuania than the one it shares with Estonia) as well as the fact that, unlike Estonians, Latvians speak a Baltic rather than Finno-Ugric language:
